Agarbati Making Livelihood Training Program
This livelihood training program teaches periphery women the craft of incense stick (agarbati) making as a sustainable income-generating skill. Women are trained in production techniques, quality standards, and basic packaging, enabling them to either work collectively or set up small home-based units. The initiative targets economically marginalized women, building their confidence and financial independence while creating a viable, low-investment livelihood option within their own communities.

Paper Plate Making Livelihood Training Program
Focused on eco-friendly livelihood generation, this program trains periphery women in paper plate manufacturing using simple machinery and techniques. Participants learn the full production process, from raw material handling to finished product quality control. The initiative provides an accessible, low-skill-entry livelihood avenue that can be run from home or in small groups, helping women earn supplementary income while contributing to environmentally sustainable, biodegradable alternatives to plastic products.

SAKHYAM Project (Garment Manufacture)
SAKHYAM is a garment manufacturing initiative that trains periphery women in tailoring and stitching skills, preparing them for employment in the apparel production sector. The project equips women with industry-relevant skills such as machine operation, cutting, and finishing, aligning training with market demand. It aims to create sustainable employment pathways, improve household income, and build a skilled workforce of women capable of contributing to formal or semi-formal garment production units.

Free Educational Coaching Programme
This programme provides free literacy and educational coaching to adults and elderly people, especially women, from underprivileged periphery communities. It aims to strengthen basic literacy, improve financial and social awareness, and reduce educational exclusion among vulnerable groups. By offering accessible, no-cost coaching, the initiative bridges learning gaps caused by poverty and lack of opportunity, giving adults and elderly women greater confidence, independence, and better prospects for personal and social development.

HARITA Part-01 (Nursery Raising) — Climate Resilience
HARITA Part-01 is an economic initiative centered on nursery raising, training women to cultivate and manage plant nurseries as both a livelihood and a climate resilience strategy. Women learn seedling propagation, nursery management, and plant care techniques, generating income while contributing to reforestation and environmental restoration. The project positions women as key agents in building climate-resilient landscapes, enlightening their lives through skill development, economic opportunity, and environmental stewardship.

HARITA Part-02 (Agro-Forestry) — Empowering Women
Building on the nursery initiative, HARITA Part-02 focuses on agro-forestry practices that integrate tree cultivation with agricultural activities. Women are trained in agro-forestry techniques, land management, and sustainable farming practices that combine ecological benefits with income generation. This economic empowerment initiative helps women diversify their livelihood sources, improve land productivity, and build long-term financial resilience, while simultaneously supporting environmental sustainability and reducing vulnerability to climate-related ri
